Assisted Living
Help with the everyday in a warm, social setting — private apartments, shared meals, activities, and caregivers on hand for bathing, dressing and medications.
Assisted living · Memory care · Nursing homes
When a parent or spouse needs more care than home can give, we guide your family to the right assisted living, memory care or nursing community in South Florida — places we know personally, matched to the person you love, and toured right alongside you.
Types of care
Not sure what level of care your loved one needs? Most families aren't. We'll help you sort it out early on, sometimes on the first call and sometimes after meeting your loved one — before you spend a single afternoon touring the wrong places.
Help with the everyday in a warm, social setting — private apartments, shared meals, activities, and caregivers on hand for bathing, dressing and medications.
Secure, thoughtfully designed neighborhoods with staff trained in Alzheimer's and dementia care, calm surroundings, and structured days that bring comfort.
Round-the-clock care from licensed nurses for complex medical needs, rehabilitation after a hospital stay, or long-term care when needs go beyond assisted living.
How it works
It's one of the hardest decisions a family makes, and it often has to be made quickly. You shouldn't have to make it by scrolling through endless listings and sales pitches. We know these communities from the inside, and we'll help you find one where your loved one is safe, well cared for, and genuinely happy.
A real conversation about health, memory, mobility, budget and location — and the little things, like the garden she loves or the card game he never misses.
From communities we know firsthand, we narrow it to the few that truly fit — and tell you plainly why each one made the list.
We set up the visits, come along, and ask the questions most families only think of after they've signed.
Help with paperwork and move-in, then a check-in after the first few weeks to make sure it's starting to feel like home.
Our standards
Every brochure looks beautiful. So we look past the brochure — at the things that actually decide whether someone thrives there.
Talk with usWe review Florida AHCA inspection reports and complaint records before a community makes our list.
Caregiver-to-resident ratios on days, nights and weekends — and how long the team has been there.
A director and head of nursing who know residents by name — and pick up when families call.
Activities residents actually join, outdoor spaces they actually use, and days with purpose.
Meals are the heart of the day. We sit down and taste them.
Clear base rates and care-level fees up front, so there are no surprises in month three.
Why I do this
When my mother-in-law needed more care than we could give her at home, we thought assisted living would be the answer. Over a few years she moved three times, from assisted living to memory care, and we toured dozens of communities along the way. That painstaking process taught me how these places really work from the inside, and how to tell a truly good community from one that just looks good.
Senior living here is a major monthly investment, often for years. When it costs that much, the choice has to be right — the right level of care, the right people, the right place to enjoy the years ahead. Helping families get that right is all I do.
From families we've helped
After Dad's fall we had two weeks to find a place, and I was drowning in brochures. Gary listened, narrowed it to three communities that truly fit, and walked through every one of them with us. Dad has been settled for months now and tells me he's glad we chose it.
We had nearly signed with a beautiful place that wasn't set up for Mom's dementia. Gary asked the questions I hadn't thought of, about night staffing and how they handle wandering, and steered us to a memory care community that actually fit her. I can't imagine doing this without him.
My husband needed more care than I could give, and I felt like I was giving up on him. Gary made sure we were choosing a home, not a facility. Now I visit every afternoon, he's eating well and joining the music hour, and we get to just be husband and wife again.
Where we work
The right community is often about where it is: close to the family who'll visit most, the doctors your loved one already trusts, and the places that feel like theirs.
Nothing. Our help is free to families. When your loved one moves into a community we've recommended, that community pays us a referral fee, so you never receive a bill from us. We will never recommend a place because of its fee. We choose the best option for your loved one's needs, every time.
Assisted living helps with daily tasks in a social, apartment-style setting. Memory care is built for people living with Alzheimer's or other dementias — secured spaces, specially trained staff, and routines designed to reduce confusion and anxiety. Many communities offer both, which can make a later transition easier.
Right away. We set up a call immediately and can usually arrange tours within a day or two. Depending on your loved one's needs, families often move in within days to a few weeks. If you're facing a hospital or rehab discharge, call us first: we'll focus on communities that can take someone quickly and safely.
Yes to long-term care insurance: many of the communities we work with accept it, and we'll help you understand what your policy covers. If you're planning to use VA benefits, tell us on our first call and we'll point you to communities that can work with them. We aren't able to help with placements paid for by Medicaid.
That's very common, and it's okay. We'll involve your loved one as much as they're able — a place they helped choose is a place that's easier to settle into — and we can help your family think through how to have that conversation.
